Automatic airways route generation: Entire ECAC area - which includes all of Europe, with the exception of Russia and Belarus. It also includes Turkey.
European Navigation Data: Lower and Upper Airways, SIDs, STARs
Shortest Path Routing: AutoPlan IFR selects the shortest possible route along airways, taking into account your desired and maxium altitude. It even figures out which SID and STAR is best for your trip and can use user-supplied DCT segments as short-cuts.
Custom DCT segments and SIDs/STARs: Configure routes and segments you normally file. AutoPlan IFR uses these segments if they really shorten the trip and if they pass CFMU validation.
Must-Fly points: You can specify up to three must-fly points for your route, for example to minimise over water cruise in a single engined aircraft.
VFR and IFR departures and arrivals: For VFR airports, either specify the airway entry point or configure your own choice of arrival and departure routes. AutoPlan IFR uses the route that gives the shortest overall journey.
Flight plan in international format: Just paste into homebriefing.com to file! Printable form also provided.
Automatic and manual validation using CFMU (requires internet access).
